This touch sensitive switch can be adapted to suit a wide variety of applications. It is manufactured to user specifications for length, sensitivity and outlet location. When touched lightly or at an angle, the ME103 sends an immediate signal to stop, start or reverse operations depending upon your particular application. The ME112 is designed for use on doors up to 1-1/4 inches thick. To install, simply attach the rigid PVC mounting channel and slide sensor into the channel.

Minimal care is required for the ME116 since it is manufactured with only the most durable materials and the highest quality control standards. However, SensingEdges must be examined once per month for cuts or punctures which could damage internal components.

This pressure sensitive electric edge can be adapted to suit a wide variety of applications. When touch activated,
the ME117 sends an immediate electrical signal to controls to stop and/or reverse operations. With
appropriate mounting channel, this edge will fit nearly all doors from 1” to 2” thick. A variety of mounting channels are available for easy installation on machinery applications. The ME117 is resistant to flame, water, and most common greases and oils.

The ME120 is designed for use on doors and gates up to 1-1/2 inches thick. To install, simply attach the rigid PVC or aluminum mounting channel and slide sensor into the channel.

The ME123 is designed for use on 1-1/2 to 2 inch thick doors and gates. To install, slide the edge into the mounting channel and then mount the assembly to the door.

The Patriot Telescopic Non-Contact SensingEdge is manufactured to work with Rapid Roll and Sectional Doors. The system consists of a Control Unit, Emitter Eye and a Receiver Eye which simply mounts into a rigid steel, spring-loaded retracting arm. The arms are mounted to the bottom of the door and extend below the leading edge of the door, thus providing an invisible infrared beam of protection. If the beam is blocked by an object or person below the door, the control unit signals the door operator to stop and/or reverse.

The Patriot Z-Flap Non-Contact SensingEdge is manufactured to work with Rolling Steel and Sectional Doors. The system consists of a Control Unit, Emitter Eye and a Receiver Eye which simply mounts into a flexible molded Z-Flap mounting bracket made of Dupont Hytrel®. The Z-Flaps are mounted to the bottom of the door and extend below the leading edge of the door, thus providing an invisible infrared beam of protection. If the beam is blocked by an object or person below the door, the control unit signals the door operator to stop and/or reverse.

The Miller Edge Model MWCK02 gate and door edge transmitter and receiver kit is designed to provide a fully reliable, self-checking communication between the 4-wire SensingEdge and the door or gate motor operator. When the SensingEdge detects an obstruction, a fault condition is communicated to the transmitter and the receiver. The signal is then passed on to the motor operator to control the motion of the door or gate.

Both the Miller Edge receiver and transmitters are designed to have several selectable options not found on other radio controls. Simply select these options with the convenient dip switches and wire harness. The receiver will operate on either 12 or 24 volt AC or DC and is capable of sending a pulse or continuous signal.
