The Patriot Telescopic Non-Contact
SensingEdge is manufactured to work with Rapid Roll
and Sectional Doors. The system consists of a Control
Unit, Emitter Eye and a Receiver Eye which simply
mounts into a rigid steel, spring-loaded retracting
arm. The arms are mounted to the bottom of the door
and extend below the leading edge of the door, thus
providing an invisible infrared beam of protection.
If the beam is blocked by an object or person below
the door, the control unit signals the door operator
to stop and/or reverse. |

The Patriot Z-Flap Non-Contact SensingEdge
is manufactured to work with Rolling Steel and Sectional
Doors. The system consists of a Control Unit, Emitter
Eye and a Receiver Eye which simply mounts into a
flexible molded Z-Flap mounting bracket made of Dupont
Hytrel®. The Z-Flaps are mounted
to the bottom of the door and extend below the leading
edge of the door, thus providing an invisible infrared
beam of protection. If the beam is blocked by an
object or person below the door, the control unit
signals the door operator to stop and/or reverse. |

The Miller Edge Model MWCK02 gate
and door edge transmitter and receiver kit is designed
to provide a fully reliable, self-checking communication
between the 4-wire SensingEdge and the door or
gate motor operator. When the SensingEdge detects
an obstruction, a fault condition is communicated
to the transmitter and the receiver. The signal
is then passed on to the motor operator to control
the motion of the door or gate. |

Both the Miller Edge receiver and
transmitters are designed to have several selectable
options not found on other radio controls. Simply
select these options with the convenient dip switches
and wire harness. The receiver will operate on either
12 or 24 volt AC or DC and is capable of sending
a pulse or continuous signal. |
